Pros
- lots of opportunities to learn in regards to fast-casual/restuarant management - hard work gets rewarded and you can grow quickly into a middle management position - very competent head of operations at the time - work with genuinly good products - good focus on hospitality - fun teambuilding for middle managament - very bad work life balance. (as in almost all restaurants)
Cons
- Very slow in regards to adapting to the market and expanding -> leads to fewer growth/promotion opportunities. - Small changes to improve provided goods can take ages, even though it's a relatively small chain - Pay quite a bit bellow industry standard with no room for negotiation what so ever - trying to expand to a bigger chain with a lot of "growing pains" still present - some people in upper management (head office) out of touch with the restaurants/industry
