Pros
Very casual dress code and the people who work there are really nice!
Cons
Pay not competitive. Mandatory overtime hours during the holidays. Call center environments are generally unhealthy feeling. Limit to how many people can leave the room at a time, so you feel like you have to keep your butt glued to the chair. Monitoring of activity is done, but no one enforces or punishes the people who do very little work. Very frustrating when you are not being compensated well to begin with and there are people not doing the work receiving the same pay!
