Somewhat tedious after awhile with too much emphasis on cold-calling

Sweet spot between startup and corporate environment: stable workload, good salary, low levels of stress; and not too much corporate nonsense, possibility to speak with anyone including CEOs any time, chance to make an impact with what you do and think. Everyone starting with my team leader being very open, friendly and supportive. Best "emotional salary" I ever had.

The architecture of the core product seems a bit monolithic. Especially in Services, the possibilities of working from abroad differ depending on the client you work for. 42 hours a week + 5 weeks of holiday is a Swiss standard but it's a lot of work time. You can however arrange to work 80% or less.
