Pros

Not a single one that I remember. I wish I could give them below 1 star.

Cons

Politics. Micromanagement. Toxic people. Unresponsive HR. Not a “Great Place to Work” It is like a bait. Joining this company was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. These people just pretend to have a great culture and work environment just because they have received a certification. They will not help you grow professionally. No matter whatever you do to grow yourself, these people will not let you do that at all. So much politics in the company and the team. The environment and the people (the team members, the management, the HR) are very toxic. The HR is too sweet on your face and once you turn your back, they show there true face. If you go to them to ask with your problems, you can clearly see how irritated they’ll look. Next, the senior people in the team are the troublemakers. If you go to them with your challenges, they will hold you responsible for those problems. No matter how much hard work or efforts you put, if you don’t lick their boots, they will not give two cents of attention. Even if you show them how much you’re learning and experimenting and innovating to get results, they will not pay any heed. They will do everything on the earth to demotivate you (in the name of warning). They will neither acknowledge nor address your challenges and will keep blaming you till the very end for anything and everything that went wrong. Your work-life balance vanishes. The toxic people start affecting your mental health. Nothing is good about this company.
