      Great Culture Feedback heavy A lot of opportunity to improve in your role. Absolutely amazing work life balance. They really encourage employees to take all of their PTO and days off whenever needed.

      Cons

      Pay is quite low. Only reason I wouldn’t stay.

      Uncommon Schools is a really positive, warm environment. People work hard and have tons of joy in their collaboration!

      Cons

      We are growing quickly, so the work load is busy! This isn't really a con, just something for new folks to be aware of :)
