Pros
I did not get to meet a lot of them but everyone seemed nice and friendly. A bunch of youths and young minded people. They’re all very young. The younger generation would relate with them.
Cons
There is no work to life balance. I had been jam packed with work the whole day and there is no weekends off. I got calls at 9pm asking about files when i wouldn’t even be at home and I didn’t get a sense of privacy when it came to my personal life differentiating it with my work life. I had a bad experience with a few of the employees. I felt like an odd man there.
