Pros
The energy and team is incredible. I'm always impressed by the hard work of the teammates and their enthusiasm for success. It is a great, results and operation driven culture that drives self-improvement and team engagement.
Cons
The company askes for much, but gives little. The compensation for the workload is meager, and industry-low, while the expectations are high with little company oversight. The employees are treated as expendable and undeserving, while being asked to "be better."
