Pros

Employee discount and health coverage

Cons

Work life balance does not exist, and employees are underpaid. There is no "culture" whatsoever, and the "culture" that does exist is a joke. Management is terrible and HR sweeps problems under the carpet. With this whole "me too" movement, certain male employees were only fired because the news became public....the wrongdoings were well known within the company and nothing was ever done prior. I've seen it go from bad to worse in ten years, and the company just keeps taking a nosedive. The company is also now forcing it's political views on you giving Nike a run for their money. people are dropping like flies!!!! If you want to be thrown to the wolves, this is the place for you.
