Pros
Great discount, usually friendly staff, and really great company. If you are good at what you do and actually care about how your store looks or try and make connections with people they want to have you grow in the company.
Cons
Part time sales associate is all you can get usually. Unless its a huge store and has a lot of traffic, then they have some people full time. If you do grow in the company, the pay is pretty slim, unless your a Assistant or Store Manager.
