Good company but poor store management - Sales Associate Under Armour Employee Review

Store management needs reform - tends to favour certain employs and only cares about himself. Will leave the store for long periods of time and leave only a single employee on the shop floor. Has also hired his "mates" on fixed term contracts who buy clothes in store to resell online for more money
