Hi there, thanks for your feedback and four-star review. As a Trip Leader, I’m sure you know we are disappointed if we ever receive less than five stars. I’m not sure when you worked for U30X… If it was after 2019, you probably didn’t interact much with the Co-founders, as you’d report to the Regional Manager and only have spoken to me in your interview or if I had positive feedback to send you. If you worked here pre-2019, when we were a tiny team figuring things out, this is somewhat fair criticism. However, we’ve always treated people with respect and dignity, even if you were terminated. Leading a company to be one of Inc’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in America hasn’t always been a smooth ride, but we’re proud of how far we’ve come. Anyone who has worked here in the past five years should certainly be pleased with how we’ve operated this thriving business, especially through the pandemic. If you have any other feedback, don't hesitate to reach out directly matt@under30experiences.com. Kind regards, Matt Wilson Co-Founder Under30Experiences

Pros

I was proud of our community and product, had the opportunity to grow my skill set, was allowed the freedom to make decisions about how I managed my time and work, and given the responsibility of putting together the pieces of an evolving company. Lots of growth, lots of fun, fond memories

Cons

Not all employees had the same experience that I had…but whenever I catch up with an ex-colleague they are unanimous in classifying their employment and experience as a net-positive.

Pros

U30X is a community of open minded, positive people who love the outdoors, travel, adventure, and personal development. I love that I get to work with and meet alumni who I have a ton in common with. U30X is super flexible to work with in terms of being respectful of your evenings and weekends, being encouraging and allowing you an opportunity to grow with them, giving you time off when you need it, being supportive for personal struggles, and just generally being an amazing work environment.

Cons

As U30X continues to grow significantly, roles are constantly changing and evolving. Since many of us work remotely and travel around, it's hard to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, priorities are aligned, and your intentions come through online communication (versus in person).
