      Pros

      Ok place to work for a while, no client calls. Pay is on time, 15 paid days off, 3 sick days.

      Cons

      A huge no-no contract clauses that can potentially mess someone up. 6months non-compete and an indefinite intellectual property ownership for the company. Oh so very disappointing for a mid level company pretending to be an elite.

      Pros

      Honestly, can't think of any. At the end, everyone I knew left the place. Everyone just ran.

      Cons

      - Low salaries - Management doesn't care about employees. - You'll have so much work that you need to forget about any kind of work-life balance. - They'll promise you salary raise, things becoming better, etc. but after some time you'll realise that's just a lie.
