      Management went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Very approachable.

      Cons

      last minute notice for weekend work, lots of overtime (but well-compensated OT) in construction season.

      Great equipment, some very good personnel, knowledgeable managers and supportive leadership.

      Cons

      No clear job roles, no assigned vehicles or equipment. Poor culture regarding reporting of damage. Some very good staff are offset by some who really seem to not care
