Positive review, but with startup methodologies - Assistant Event Manager Underline Employee Review

I have been working at Underline for the last 2 years and I can only find positive notes to leave. It is really refreshing to have upper management that is really looking after all employees, and that they are professionals in their work. It is a pleasure learning from them. Not only that, but their hiring process seems impeccable as all departments have great specialists in their work (from development, through design, and especially event planning). Atmosphere is healthy and motivating. Great work/life balance.

I cannot think of any real downside, I truly recommend this company
