Pros

Dog friendly & pretty furniture

Cons

There are so many but I will name the most important. There is no respect from management/ the owners. The company is very small but they are paying for advice from outside sources that do not know anything about the industry. They fire people randomly and without warning, even after having positive feedback. If you are in sales, you drive around South Florida trying to get business for the company. The owner will then take any and all sales that she wants to regardless of who put the work in. Every single one of the company values that they preach are not followed by the CEO and COO. By the way the CEO and COO are married and have a toxic relationship that effects the office because they are either not speaking or yelling at each other. If I could go back I would have wanted someone to warn me, so THIS IS YOUR WARNING!

Pros

The company claims to have a great culture, which on the surface it usually does. Some of the employees are absolutely amazing to work with and they do indeed have beautiful product.

Cons

The CEO and her husband are stubborn and unwavering to the detriment of their business. They receive business coaching from someone who does not know the industry at all. They also think they know more about every aspect of the industry than anyone else including in taste and product knowledge when it is at best mediocre. They also release staff at will and unexpectedly after giving a great review less than a month prior. They then commit internet and hacking crimes by hacking into social media profiles of past employees in an attempt to disable them and eliminate the persons access to contacts, relationships theyve built, and content that they posted which they own. They defraud unemployment documents. In short, their culture of being good to people goes out the window when they want to part ways.
