Pros only for project managers not for emplees

company treat us like slaves. No increment no rest. Fully money minded company, even PF amount is deducting from employee's salary from both side (Employee's & company contribution, Both side employee should give, company is not contributing for PF) If we take leave on Friday or Monday then 3 days (they count Saturday & Sunday also for deducting, but if we do work on Saturday or Sunday they will not pay Saturday & Sunday) salary will be deducted Management people never stay on their words, they will change according to situation. There is no entertainments or any cultural activity. we should be like robot.

To be honest nothing. May be 1.15 hours of break :P

This company treats employees worst than slaves. Always money minded and you will never get your incentives. They probationary period is for 3 months but after probationary period also they wont allot your leaves for another one month as its company rule. LOLZ. if you take leaves on friday or monday you will deducted with three days of salary. No project manager or operations manager keeps his words. No employee benefits. every month only one leave is alloted to every employee which cannot be taken on saturday and sunday. You will get salary on 10TH of every month.
