Teller job - Bank Teller UniBank Employee Review

Management and co-workers were very nice, overall had a great time interning at UniBank.

Pay was low but expected for an entry level internship.

Good health & dental benefits, standard PTO. Departments outside of Credit are generally nice and try to maintain a community. Never felt pressured to work outside of 40 hours a week, except for audit time.

Management here hardly communicates and are often adversarial towards each other. Most banks have a conflict between the credit and loan production side, but here they take it to a new level. If a lower level employee, expect to be told totally different things by people whose offices are a 15 second walk away from each other. Few opportunities for employee advancement, company mainly wants to hire executives from outside.
