      - good work life balance - basic benefits provided (ticket restaurants, lunch service (6 euros), gym) - technical competence between the colleagues - can work with other departmets all over the globe

      Cons

      - age pretty high in median in Italy (except for the data science dept) - not very engaging with the colleagues
