Good colleagues, a lot to learn from online learning aid. Some senior manager are very good. Clear reporting lines.
Cons
Bureaucratic, best idea is always top down. No career prospect. Too much management changes, new generation leaders do not have the required industry experience. Lead by institutionalist not business man.
