The work culture embraces diversity and ingenuity. It is very family friendly and provides flexible working arrangements for appropriate positions. The turn over is also fairly low.
Cons
It can seem quite political in its dealings with the university, researchers and experts. Some staff aren't as helpful as their jobs imply that they should be.
