Pros
Very interesting challenges- not your typical e-shop agency. Management never fires anyone, so you can slack off without fear of consequences. Somewhat flexible working hours.
Cons
They love micromanagement, they hire owner's friends and family and then complain that there are too many expenses for salaries. Owner insists on approving every tiny detail. Owner will gladly sell projects at a loss to the company if the customer is an old friend or aquaintance, but then will ask the project manager why the project went over budget. Management cannot admit when they are wrong and not willing to listen. LOTS of overtime, the people who are capable get the most responsibilities and most overtime without any bonuses. In the interview the owner will paint a lovely picture of structure and order, but in reality you will be reinventing the wheel every day, and never have enough resources to do anything up to standards (which are there just to check a box, they don't actually mean anything). If you want to be proud of your work, this company is not for you.
