The officers, and management team are very approachable, they are open for discussion, listen, and open for suggestions. Since the team is lean, you can talk to everyone. I've worked in a different company and I can say that Unicapital is nice, they are not perfect and have flaws, but most people are kind.

Some employees resigned because they were being poached by the competition since the training in Unicapital was good.
