90 percent of the people are nice. Easy to talk with. Management Team is good in their field and most of them are seasoned executives already. They are not selfish in teaching you and helping you improve your skills, they share their knowledge. HR is also approachable and will help you if you need help, but they are strict when it comes to policies which I believe is good.

Some department heads are delayed in giving feedback to their staff.

There are good changes in terms of environment, and benefits, the culture has improved compared to the last 7 years. The officers, and management team are very approachable, they are open for discussion, listen, and open for suggestions. Since the team is lean, you can talk to everyone. I've worked in a different company and I can say that Unicapital is nice, they are not perfect and have flaws, but most people are kind.

Some employees resigned because they were being poached by the competition since the training in Unicapital was good.
