Pros
Working on problems at an international level Software Engineers and Principle Engineer are all awesome people Complex problems and issues
Cons
One of the "engineering" directors is toxic and will fire you or try to demote you just because they don't like you. Since Utah is at-will employment they can fire you for anything or, as seen, even misrepresent (lie) about being on a PIP. (Note: I was not fired, but others were) Due to their current product offerings, Unicity, (an already financially super healthy company), is enjoying _record profits_ however no one received bonuses this year. There is no (clear?) bonus structure -- You work to make management happy and keep your job -- that's it. All teams are bare bones teams. The business expectations do not adjust for this. Proper months long planning is a foreign concept. Everything is urgent and rarely planned out properly. Tech debt is expected and will continue to increase. Only features or deliverables that move the "money needle" get priority. The owner and sons, for the most part, are all really good people, genuinely. Good people doesn't translate to good leadership.
