      Owner, CFO, are cheap, often jeopordizing attendance at Shows, do to non payment, old all boy mentality

      Pros

      Being a small company, you know where the decisions are being made. Communication is facilitated through numerous small meetings.

      Cons

      Due to centralization of decision-making, company can either turn on a dime or remain in a confused static mode depending on the CEO/Owner's disposition toward a specific project/problem.
