      Pros

      Being a small company, you know where the decisions are being made. Communication is facilitated through numerous small meetings.

      Cons

      Due to centralization of decision-making, company can either turn on a dime or remain in a confused static mode depending on the CEO/Owner's disposition toward a specific project/problem.

      Decent work/life balance. Office is a ghost town after 5:30 or so. Casual workplace.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. Management attempts to motivate by intimidation.
