      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      They want your soul, like Billy's. They don't want you to have a family life. They think the pay is good, but want you to work 70 plus hours on a set salary. This way they are actually paying you below minimum wage. There is actually a cap on hours salaried workers can work in CT. So if you're currently working there, call the department of labor to find out. You're probably due overtime.

      Compensation , co worker comradery , local territory, benefits package.

      Cons

      Ownership places priority on production and not the sales team. Market is currently flooded with low prices that are not sustainable or fair market. Long standing customers transferring business through new DEI programs.

      Sometimes lack of work/ boring. Also the workplace drama can get high sometimes.
