Pros
I`ve been working with Unicsoft for more than two years, and have officially been part of the team since August 2020. For me, the main benefit is the ability to work with foreign clients from the USA, Europe, Israel, Canada, and the UK. Most of the clients are ready to work with the technologies that are offered to them, which allows me to work with new approaches and grow professionally. There are various internal courses and access to online learning platforms which are updated regularly. Also, Unicsoft has very cool corporate events (including offsite events, like our ski-trip to the Bukovel this year). There is a good social package with medical insurance and English online courses. Work format depends on the client’s schedule; you can choose the manner which is most convenient for you, be it in the office or remotely. The company pays a lot of attention to clients (Unicsoft has a special Account Management department) and employees (people partner meetings, one-to-one meetings, "thank you" program and regular performance reviews).

I bet there are a few, but TBH there is nothing that springs to mind.
