Pros
The interview process came in 2 stages first the Staffing Director who clearly laid out the logistics of the position and the company also she laid out the interview process in a concise and detailed fashion. the second part of the interview process which was with the CEO, CBDO and SSM had a clear outline from the start, the board where very good at making me comfortable and as with the first interview it followed a clear direction with open communication for questions in both directions, again the next parts of the process where stated so I left knowing my expectations. It is refreshing for a company to have a Pre-onboarding process, giving me a chance before starting to achieve some of the ancillary set up processes prior to start day, making me feel a greater affiliation to the company through that time.
Cons
I have very few cons as the experience was efficient and precise, when they said they would do something it happened.
