I have been working as a Senior DevOps at Unicsoft for 8+ months. I was in search mode already during the war and some personal challenges, so what can I say about my experience with the company.
Starting from the hiring process, everything was organized at the highest level according to my requirements. We discussed everything, checked, and signed an agreement in 3 days. The actual time for interviews was approximately 3–4 hours.
The salary exceeded my expectations, which showed me that the company cares and values experience and knowledge. As an additional bonus, the company offered different payment options for all tastes.
Regarding bonuses, it is hard to say because I don't use them, but like in many companies, vacations, health insurance, training, accounting support, equipment for work, workplace arrangements, etc. are a package deal 🙂.
The main project is cool with a modern stack, modern requirements, and a culture that welcomes suggestions. There is an opportunity to suggest and implement without long time waiting for approval, as it happens in enterprises. And the best part for me is no corporate nightmares. It's all about doing your job well, no questions asked.
In my almost 20 years of working experience, this company stands out for its loyalty, meeting every need, and making every agreement a breeze.
