Pros

Flight benefits. That is it!

Cons

1. Inhumane work conditions. (Not enough seating in the back of the dingy, dark, dank, rusty, roach infested trucks. With no heating or air conditioning, we are exposed to elements with no sufficient gear provided by the company. 2. Pay is a joke. Absolute joke for the unrealistic expectations. 3. High turnover rate. 4. Mandatory overtime. Was told shift is 8 hours but it is more like 10 -12 hours a day, even 14 some days. They threaten to take your badge if you do leave at your scheduled time. 5. Employee appreciation is non-existent. 6. Emotionally and mentally TOXIC work environment. 7. Huge disconnect between hiring center, on site HR, management and workers. 8. They hire ANYONE as Cabin Agents. A lot of people with weak work ethic doing below the bare minimum of their job description. 9. Lack of concern for safety. They claim they care, but if they did, we would be better taken care of. From the very top to middle management, they don't care about the people slaving for them, especially the overnight crew. 10. MORALE? There is none.

Pros

No pros to working at Unifi. The Airport is beautiful and people are great. Unfortunately the employees work very hard for little pay and support from Unifi.

Cons

The company has significant internal issues that are not adequately addressed by Human Resources. There appears to be a culture of covering up problems rather than resolving them transparently. Leadership seems more focused on employee retention metrics and maintaining appearances with the airlines they serve than on addressing serious workplace concerns and holding individuals accountable. One of the most concerning examples was the handling of a manager who allegedly inappropriately harassed employees over a period of years. Despite ongoing concerns, meaningful action was not taken for years.. Situations like this create an environment where employees lose trust in leadership and feel that workplace misconduct is not taken seriously. This company should prioritize employee safety, accountability, and ethical management. Addressing serious concerns promptly and transparently is essential to retaining good employees and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
