Pros
~Hard-working and passionate coworkers. ~Solid location - being close to k-town means there are a lot of great lunch options. There would have been a lot more pros if I had written this review around this time last year.
Cons
~Below market pay. ~Unified used to boast about its long list of cool, big-name clients. They are mostly gone though. ~It used to pride itself on diversity & inclusion. That all went out the window this year. The diversity committee is pretty much dissolved because the members are not with the company anymore due to company reorg. ~It used to be full of great managers who cared. Now all those who are left are those who drink the kool-aid and follow the orders of the executives without question. ~Disparity in workload - some people worked a pretty cool 10-6 schedule, while others were working 80-100 hour weeks including weekends, with little to no recognition from the management that this was an issue. Burnout concerns were quickly dismissed.
