      COVID 19 has had an impact on our BAU work for our primary customers. We are eagerly awaiting recovery from the pandemic.

      Uppers management is not trying to blame you for everything that goes wrong we supervise sub contractors When something goes wrong they are trying to find solutions not play the blame game

      Small company they can’t offer pto Or paid holidays That why we’re in contract per day work

      None they are a very poorly ran operation

      Cons

      They have a extended family running the place x wife kids that are brats.The management mainly the project manager does not want to work and complains all the time.Also wanting the supervisor to do all there duties.I have 25 years in this industry and never seen anything like it!
