Pros
Met some really great engineers that were really eager to share their knowledge Easy to advance to management positions, too easy. Good salaries
Cons
Some of the "Business Analysts"(that are also team leads) show close to no empathy and lack people skills. The same goes for Upper management. The technical "lead" couldn't take any feedback without taking it personally and picking on others. Upper management sometimes gave absurd deadlines with no consideration for the technical side Too many processes. You have to go through multiple people and loops just to find out something that should be in the docs.
