Decent company - Engineer Uniflare Employee Review

Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Projects are engaging and there is plenty of variety in day to day work.

Reviews are always delayed, no clear path for advancement or training opportunities. Project specifications constantly changing leads to a lot of time being wasted and unnecessary stress.

Quite flexible working, although no WFH option. Some good colleagues.

Out dated. No HR support. Very little progression. White male dominated. Management team could do with some leadership skills.
