Pros
UnifyID is working on exciting technology in a really hot space. Really smart people who are passionate about making user authentication simple and secure. Strong VC backers in NEA and Andreessen. Good work /life balance and benefits. Flat org structure with open lines of communication across the board.
Cons
Having worked at a successful start up before at a similar stage as UnifyID, there aren't any "con's" that you wouldn't expect from a company at this stage.
