Pros

Nothing stands out as a positive experience, except maybe a few coworkers who made the environment tolerable.

Cons

Salary Withheld: The worst part of my time here was the company’s failure to release my salary. After multiple follow-ups, there was no clear explanation or resolution. This is completely unacceptable. Employee-Unfriendly Policies: The company's policies are incredibly strict and not employee-centric. There’s no regard for work-life balance, and any flexibility is rare or non-existent. They only prioritize company interests with no consideration for employee needs. Lack of Transparency: There was little to no transparency in decision-making, particularly regarding compensation, promotions, and internal policies. I was constantly left in the dark about crucial aspects of my role and compensation. No Room for Growth: Career progression is practically non-existent. There are no structured opportunities for development or skill-building, and any requests for growth or change are ignored.

Pros

Very little if any, but I have a 5 word minimum

Cons

Company is a shell company part of a larger company that is falsifying P&L, lying about products that are actually vaporware. Company sole goal is to be sold but cant be sold because regardless of how smart the owners think they are, they are not that smart and investors are smarter. Hired President from a leading competitor, he left after 6 months because he was not listened to nor able to implement any new ideas or structures, I saw writing on wall when he left Total Indian based company, treat Indian employees like indentured servants, and can not understand why US based employees do not accept it.
