      Pros

      You learn a lot, because you end up executing tasks that you were not hired for.

      Cons

      Awful management. In a few words, I felt really embarassed by the decisions Directors/Managers made while I was working there. Also, they are amateurs in so many ways. Besides, it is a sexist company.
