Freindly people. Reasonable oppertunity to advance. Overall my experience at Union Bank was Okay. The pay is fair and in general there are always oppertuities to be prometed in this industry.
Cons
Too many supervisors. At lower level positions you can have up to 5 immediate suppervisors. This can be frustrating at times.
