Pros
Competitive pay and benefits, and committed mid-level management
Cons
Senior Leadership, especially CEO, is only interested in impressing shareholders and board. No concern whatsoever for employees. Recent demotions for nearly entire non-agreement staff has placed morale in the toilet. CEO's response to this is "get over it". Not sure what motivational plan he is following, but I've never seen it.
