Pros
Company pays good after training The company is really big on safety With some positions like the ones on the operational side, you have to really know your job
Cons
The only con I have is the location of the headquarters and the dispatch center. If you like a cold and fairly boring city then Omaha is for you. I just could not commit to relocating there.
