Pros
It's been a great experience at Union pacific as an intern. The managemnt is very encouraging. They give you a lot of scope for learning new stuff.The work culture is also really good. There is always a lot of team interaction and team bonding exercises. You get to bond really well with your team.
Cons
The work gets monotonous.It could have been more challenging.At some point you get stagnated at what one is doing.
