      This is a good paying job with decent benefits, but you have to give up your entire life to this company. You have the freedom of being able to work outside and make your own decisions of how to do the job correctly, and in a safe manner.

      Cons

      The quality of life is very poor working as a conductor or engineer for this company. If you don't like being at home this would be a great job.
