      Pros

      The compensation is ok, but not if you’re a manager in the field.

      Cons

      Poor decisions with manpower cuts. Don’t go salary because they will not give a max hours worked, just keep making you work saying “you get paid enough” not when the amount of hours you are forced to work drop you below craft wages.
