Discrimination is apparent - Anonymous employee Union Pacific Employee Review

Management put me on a PIP the day I came back from short term disability leave and did nothing to help me succeed just was trying to fire me after more than a decade. They only listened to my direct report and ignored when o tried to stand up for myself. Clearly it was discrimination and they wanted nothing to do with the facts.
