Pros

There are no positives for working here.

Cons

Management hasn’t held any meetings, they don’t pay us or take our input. The organization last had a raise on July 2022. We still aren’t getting a raise, so best case scenario, the next company-wide raise is 2026. 4 years without a raise. We work completely on an island, with no help from management. There are other issues, but this sums it up.

Pros

I enjoy working for this company; my relationship with my supervisor is amazing, I get to work remotely 4 days of the week, and I have flexibility with how I do my schedule.

Cons

I wish for better pay, but I am content overall.

Pros

The clients are great and I like the work

Cons

They don't care about employees. They send out occasional staff surveys but never make changes based on feedback, the executive team gets less and less transparent. We used to have biweekly department meetings and monthly full organization meetings. That moved to quarterly then now it's just never. The CEOs have communicated less and less with us. We may get an email from the CEO about updates once every 4-5 months. Additionally, I work with youth, and they are horrible about listening to our requests for materials, setting up programming and giving out scholarship money that they allocated. There haven't been pay raises in 4 years. They don't contribute any money to retirement. They are trimming staff and openly exploiting us.
