Pros

Small but yet gives you the ability to wear many hats, move up in position and work with the top minds in pharmacy and medical fields.

Cons

Everyone is a salesperson and gets trained as such (even if you are answering the phones). This is not a bad thing but is not a fit for everyone.

Pros

- The company offered a competitive salary and acceptable benefits. - Licensed and distributed very interesting products that have value beyond their niche markets (fire, EMS, police, etc)

Cons

- More executives than support staff, which often resulted in too many cooks in the kitchen or competing deadlines. - Constantly reinvents itself without the infrastructure to support any of its vision. Started out as a pharmaceutical company, then a supplier to emergency professionals, then became a retailer (MyClyns), then became a direct-selling/MLM company, fundraising, with other endeavors in the pipeline. - Expects employees to work beyond job title and responsibilities without providing the training and professional development to accomplish the new role. - Very high turnover for such a young company.
