Uniphore have been around for 17 years and you would expect them to be a mature organization, primed and ready to take the big leap into the next phase of their journey. Unfortunately you'd be wrong and find that they have the organizational maturity of a Labrador puppy. Service Delivery has some excellent people, fewer and fewer lately because they keep asking awkward questions like "why does the whole platform go down twice a week and nobody do anything to stop it" and then vanishing.
