Disorganized Internal Management - Anonymous employee Uniplan Employee Review

There is nothing good about this company unless you know how to back stab anthoer person and feel no shame.

False promises, poor treatment of employees unless you were "one of them", this company should be reported for poor trading and reporting to the FTC. Records cover ups and unfair wages.

I can’t think of any.

Management threatens employees by publicly firing employees infront of everyone. Management on trend never fires the expats, only the local creatives. Company is ran by politics and gossips. Management to client relationships are questionable. Previous employees were unfairly dismissed due to gossips and rumours. HR does not take action to do investigation but to just get rid of the problem as soon as possible and find new talent.
