      I really can't suggest any pros at this time. All the good employees have left or are planning their exit.

      Extremely poor management trying to hold on to their jobs at the expense of all others.

      Great management, overtime usually available, diverse workforce, EXCELLENT benefits, Company cares about you!

      Production can fluctuate sometimes, last minute notice of ot or ot cancellation.
